When you sign in with Google, we receive the following from your Google account:

• Your Google profile picture

We do not receive your Google password, payment information, or any other Google account data.

Automatically collected information

• Browser type and version
• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Referring URL
• General geographic location (country/region, derived from IP address)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Save and retrieve your property analyses and mortgage scenarios
• Provide and improve our calculators and tools
• Respond to support requests
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• Monitor and improve site performance and reliability

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising targeting or share it with third-party advertisers.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your account data and saved analyses are stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database platform. Supabase employs industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. PropTabs is hosted on Vercel, which provides secure infrastructure with TLS encryption.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, but no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

PropTabs uses the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In — for authentication. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — for database and authentication infrastructure. Governed by Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — for web hosting and deployment. Governed by Vercel's Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies

PropTabs uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session after signing in. These are strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

• Export your saved analyses
